The services are designed to help provide you with clarity in a time of uncertainty, help you be aware of your rights and assist you to plan your next steps.

The City of Wanneroo is managing the Mariginiup Bushfire Coordinated Clean-up Program to make safe the area impacted by the Mariginiup Bushfire in November 2023.
The Program will help minimise community exposure to environmental and public health risks and support impacted homeowners and business owners with the cost of eligible clean-up activities to enable them to progress their longer-term recovery.
This assistance program is funded by the Western Australian Government.
The Department of Communities co-ordinates immediate and long-term support for community members displaced by the Mariginiup Bushfire.
The Department of Communities can assist impacted residents whose identification documents were damaged in the bushfire to obtain replacements through Births, Deaths and Marriages.

The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) provides free and confidential business advice, tools and resources for Western Australian small businesses.
If you are a small business proprietor whose assets or premises have been directly impacted by the Mariginiup bushfire, you may be eligible to receive a four per cent interest rate subsidy on new loans taken out for the purposes of repairing damaged assets or business carry on costs.
To be eligible for the subsidy you need to be a registered small business with an ABN, employ less than 20 full-time staff, operate locally and derive your main source of income from the business, and demonstrate that the loan required is a direct result of the Mariginiup bushfire.
This assistance is jointly funded through the Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements Category B.
The Legal Aid WA and the Northern Suburbs Community Legal Centre are offering free assistance to people who may need help making insurance claims and dealing with disputes, mortgage stress and financial hardship, debt, employment law problems, housing/tenancy complications and the replacement of important documents.
Residential and business customers who have been impacted by the Mariginiup bushfire have access to additional financial relief and additional support as part of a Water Corporation assistance package.

On 13 August 2021 the State Government announced an independent review into the Wooroloo Bushfire. Submissions were open from 20 August 2021 to 8 October 2021 and have now closed. The review was released in March 2022.
